[shadow=black,left,900]I can't seem to get the Hangout's Chatroom software to install, the installation dialogue box doesn't show up at all. Anyone know how to make it do what it's supposed to be doing? I've tried googling for it, but not sure what the criteria I should be looking for.
Does anyone hava a patch they can send me, or a link to get to where I need to be?[/shadow]

I'm having the same problem getting in there just get a small box with a X (looks like a broken image link) in and chat room options link at the bottom that displays an empty box when clicked on.
Does that sound familier?
Looking for a solution now, will let you know if I find one ;D

I got in straight away. Smiley face came up, I usually go in using IE as Firefox doesn't seem to like the Interrogation Room. Have you tried rereshing your page?

[shadow=black,left,900]Yup and have tried using IE as well as AOL's browser. Nothing doing in either. Have also tried clearing history and cookies etc, still not working. The common probs link works intermittently for me Rich, though there's nothing on there which is helpful I've sent a message to the groups peeps, hopefully they'll send me something back to help me get in there next week. I sent Andy the file for the software yesterday, it's a cab file...msnchat4 or something like that...I'll find the site for you Rich but I have no idea how to get it into the system file, it won't let it be dragged in My friend had a problem where his computer was doing that, it was a problem with his motherboard....he ended up getting a new computer eeep.

Hmm, perplexing - I have tried again, and it's telling me the interrogation room is members only, and I need to join to get in ... which I have. Ah Well - no chat for GF.

Do you sign in properly GF when it asks you, into the general Hangout, this should then let you into the chat room. Try leaving a message on the hangout as well just to see if you can do that.
Failing this, if you want, I can cancel your membership, you re-invite yourself we'll join you up again to see if it might sort it.

OK I took you off the MSN Hangout. So if you signup again one of us manager types will do the honours of letting you in. If you still can't into the chat room/post messages if possible could you provide a screen cap of the errors (Print Screen button then paste the image into a photoshop type program and upload it to an image hosting facility).

Thanks for the offer Wiggy but good news is I've just managed to get in ;D Deleted the cookies whilst displaying the chat page (the one after the smiley face page - Although the smiley face never appeared for me, does now though) Can seem to get in everytime now ;D Anyone else still having problems I suggest giving that a try You will need to disable your firewall if you have one.
