Bought some Miles Davis & Ella Fitzgerald Great choice! I love Ella! Listen to the stuff she did with Louis Armstrong if you can find it. You mentioned looking for Sparklehorse stuff in HMV, if it's like in England then it'll probably be expensive I'm guessing - saw Dreamt For ... for £16. Probably find it cheap online .... OR ... I could send you some stuff Last album I bought was MGMT's first record ... tis okay.

Heh, a few of these names get played on this station which I've taken to listen to. The only thing is is their playlist seems a little repetitive and there's no DJ so I'm not sure it's live, but who cares? I find it quite relaxing. www.jazz.fm/player/streams/stream_one.htmThat's a good point re the prices. I'll keep an eye out for some Sparklehorse and if it's quite pricey I might ask you for some. Who are MGMT? I must get back into piano playing, also.

MGMT are one of the 'it' bands right now - they have a new record coming out so I found the other one for cheap and wanted to hear it. It's not bad really - although I'm not quite buying into the hype. I picked up Broken Bells yesterday, it's the collaboration from DJ Danger Mouse and The Shins James Mercer - it's alright after first listen. Also bought some John Martin. You play piano?

OOh eck, bought quite a few recently.
Got Broken Bells, project from the Shins singer and Dangermouse. Bought it on a whim because I kinda like The Shins and Dangermouse is my favourite producer going right now - plus the single was decent. Sadly find the album kinda bland.
