[shadow=black,left,900]Oh man, Stupid French book! LOL You're right Jenny, I’ve not been her for donkeys. I waded my way through Kate Mosse's Labyrinth, which was very annoyingly populated by random sentences and paragraphs in un-translated French. Ok for some no doubt, but I have no clue with French so was often left wondering 'what's all that about then?'. Frustrating, and overly long (took me months to read). At least I didn’t see the ending coming so it's got that going for it, but it's not one I'd ever recommend to someone else. Since then I've moved on to much more interesting stuff ;D Dean Koontz's The Husband Robert Crais' The Last Detective which I read in just over a day. Oh man only one Elvis Cole book to go Please write more Mr. Crais (and stop messing about in those bond movies LOL) Now reading another Dean Koontz, this time it's Velocity. Think that's where I'm heading off to right now.[/shadow]

LOL! Speaking of language books, I recently had to dump all other books to study "Der Vorleser" by Bernhard Schlink - quite graphic and heavy, but overall a really good book, which I can highly reccomend (English version: "The Reader") because it explored some new approaches and angles to some big themes, if that's your thing. However, I am now reading "CELL" by Stephen King! Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! I won't give any more away, except that my mobile phone is running out of battery a lot recently, and I'm strangely glad about it LOL!!! Good to see this thread up and running again! Roll up roll up all! xXx

Hey dudes! I'm reading Tears of the Giraffe by Alexander McCall Smith, the follow-up to The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency which I read last weekend in less than 24 hours because it was so good. ;D I'm also reading Round Ireland With a Fridge by Tony Hawks and occasionally Piratica 2 by Tanith Lee, but they've both taken a back-burner to Mr AMS at the moment. Plus Jenny gave me another one of his books today, so I'll be reading that soon. How are all my favourite X Philes doing? Sussie xXx

I was lucky to get most of my books from Amazon Market Place for a good price. I would sell them now but they're so fat the postage would be expensive, I probably would never make anything!
